Toni began her career as a legal assistant in her mother’s law office, gaining extensive experience in family law and estate planning. In 2007, she became a certified Legal Document Assistant (LDA) and opened her first office in San Bernardino, CA. Today, she is a proud member of the California Association of Legal Document Assistants (CALDA).

In 2015, Toni and her family relocated to Northern California, where she founded Legal Paper Co. With a deep understanding of local court systems, she focuses on estate planning, probate, deed transfers, and business formations. Known for her professionalism and compassion, Toni is dedicated to simplifying complex legal processes, providing affordable, personalized solutions to help clients protect their most valued assets: their families, finances, and businesses.

With 15 years of experience running a successful legal document service in Whatcom County, Elizabeth brings extensive expertise to Legal Paper Co. She became a certified Legal Document Assistant (LDA) in California in 2010 and is a proud member of the California Association of Legal Document Assistants (CALDA).

Since relocating to Southern California, Elizabeth has been instrumental in expanding Legal Paper Co. to Los Angeles County. Focusing on estate planning and deed transfers, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, affordable solutions, helping clients secure their legacies with confidence and ease.

In-person meeting

We’ll meet in person to gather all of the fine details. We’ll provide insight as well as answer any questions you may have about the process.

File

We’ll prepare your legal documents, which can be signed via DocuSign or in-person. We’ll file them at the appropriate courthouse or government agency. It’s as simple as that!
