By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from LEGAL PAPER CO. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external). Message frequency varies. This disclosure satisfies standard requirements for transactional/informational SMS consent. Your consent is **not** a condition of purchasing services or engaging our firm.

We do **not** use SMS for marketing, promotions, solicitations, advertising, or spam. Texting is **not** our primary or preferred communication method—we rely mainly on email, phone calls, secure portals, or in-person meetings.

We collect:
- Your mobile phone number (provided voluntarily during intake, engagement, or case discussions).
- Content of SMS messages exchanged (case-related only).
- Any personal details you share in messages.
3. How We Use SMS
We use your information solely to communicate about your legal matter as needed. We do **not** use SMS for any promotional purposes.
4. Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in (e.g., via a web form, intake document, or by texting us first in the context of your case), you consent to receive and send transactional SMS related to your matter, per the **SMS Terms of Service** above.
Since messages are strictly non-promotional/transactional, this falls under prior express consent standards (not necessarily written for purely informational use). We log consent where obtained.
- Opt-out: Reply **STOP** to any message to unsubscribe. We honor opt-outs immediately (except where legally or ethically required to communicate case-critical information). You can also email/call us to revoke consent.
- Help: Reply **HELP** for assistance.
- Message and data rates may apply (per your carrier).
5. Sharing and Disclosure
SMS consent information (e.g., phone numbers, opt-in records) will **not** be shared with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances for marketing purposes. We do **not** sell, rent, or disclose this data for third-party use.
